Meet Gail

Gail Kingsbury has played a central role in the Personal and Professional Development industry since 1988 when she went to work for Brian Tracy in Solana Beach, CA. Her ability to plan and orchestrate the smooth operation of events with hundreds to thousands of attendees and dozens of speakers is now well-known among the top seminar hosts in almost every field.

After working with Brian, she went to work with Tony Robbins and coordinated his Certification event — 2 weeks in Maui managing hundreds of people. She even walked on fire with Tony in 1990. She went on to coordinate many other Robbins’ events, including the well-known Financial Destiny now called Financial Mastery.

Next, she worked with Robert Allen at the peak of his real estate events and became a master at event marketing. Through these seminars, she met Jay Abraham and Harry Pickens, was introduced to Gary Halbert’s newsletter and eventually started her own speaker bureau and marketing company.

That company — “Business Events International” — managed up to 10 exclusive speakers, event marketing for celebrities such as Deepak Chopra and created the marketing strategies for the large 1-day arena events.

When the Internet exploded, they led the way for online event management with an innovative/interactive website that was
touted by the NY Times as one of the top 5 conference planning sites on the internet.

From there the business expanded with a partner and became the outside marketing arm for “The Success Tour” bringing in past Presidents, Olympic Athletes and business moguls to 1-day events at stadiums around the country and filling them with 5,000-20,000 people.

It doesn’t matter if it is a polo match with 100 people, a celebrity ball, or the Seminar of the Century with over 2000 people flying in from all over the world, Gail has coordinated them all with grace and ease.

She sold her company and moved to Central Oregon to be a mom and relax a little bit but stopping was just not in her blood. A few years later she was back at it working with T. Harv Eker to help him launch his first book “Secrets of the Millionaire Mind.” The book hit #1 on NY Times, Wall Street Journal and USA Today in its first week out.

For the next 5 years, working in marketing and eventually taking on the Event Development department of Peak Potentials she handled every single speaker that was on a Peak’s stage. Worked directly with Harv to help him create some of the most amazing events in the entire seminar industry.

After leaving Peak Potentials she has done projects for Bill Phillips, author of “Body for Life”, “Eating for Life” “Transformation.” And many others too numerous to mention.
